2. Configure Credentials

   • Add your Bizapp credentials in n8n
   • Base URL: https://woo.bizapp.my (WooCommerce integration endpoint)
   • Secret Key: Use your WooCommerce Secret Key (NOT the API Secret Key)
   • ⚠️ Critical: Using API Secret Key will result in charges or malfunction

🔑 Secret Key Requirements

• ✅ Use WooCommerce Secret Key - Free integration for bypassing WordPress
• ❌ Do NOT use API Secret Key - Will cause charges or integration failure
• 📋 Bizapp Ultimate Package Required - This integration only works with Ultimate subscription

Auto-Generation Logic

When customerPhone is provided but other fields are empty:

• Customer Name: Auto-generates as "Customer-{timestamp}"
• Customer Email: Auto-generates as "customer-{timestamp}@n8n-generated.com"
• Customer Address: Auto-generates as "Auto Address {timestamp}, Malaysia"
• WooCommerce Order ID: Auto-generates as "WOO-{timestamp}"
• Order Notes: Includes auto-generation notice with phone number

Payment Gateway Mapping

• "Cash On Delivery (COD)" → woo_paymentgateway_id: "cod", set_paid: "false"
• "Online Banking" → woo_paymentgateway_id: "online_banking", set_paid: "true"

Validation Rules

• Selling price must be > 0
• Postage price must be ≥ 0
• Email format validation (if provided)
• At least one product required
• Product SKU cannot be empty
• Product quantity must be > 0
